provide you with valuable insights into how they used marketing strategies and
programs to help their companies be more successful, more quickly.
This is your opportunity to learn about the role of
Marketing in growing a business in a panel discussion with three serial
entrepreneurs who have founded and grown a multitude of successful companies.
The focus of the panel discussion will be on the classic 4
P's of Marketing: Product, Place, Pricing and Promotion. Each panelist will answer questions relating
to how they made the most of each factor to drive important business
decisions. Typical questions will cover:

the most important decision made about marketing in each company? Was it the same for all
- Was price used in “positioning” their product/service?
- Who was
responsible for “positioning” the product/service?

Charnley, President/CEO of Mobee
Charnley is President/CEO of Mobee in Boston. Mobee uses a
combination of crowd-sourcing, mobile technology and data warehousing to
provide near real-time insights into consumer behavior in retail stores and the
home. Prior to Mobee, Mr. Charnley held numerous CEO positions and was
responsible for driving growth for mid-sized businesses in a number of
different vertical markets.
Mr. Charnley holds BS, MS and MBA
degrees, is a founding member of the High Growth CEO Forum, past member of the
Boston CEO Club, former Chairman of UMass Lowell and member of the
Turnaround Management Association. He is an active investor,
mentor, and private company Board member.
Marty Dugan currently leads all market facing activities at
ANDalyze, including establishing a new product category in biotech water
testing, developing sales channels and strategic partners globally, and
initiating early revenue for the company’s products.
Previously he directed marketing strategies at leading
technology providers in the telecommunications, industrial automation,
government identity security and computer networking markets during his career
spanning over 25 years with companies such as Raytheon, Teradyne, Comverse, and
L1 Identity Solutions. As a product commercialization specialist, Marty has
launched over fifty software and hardware products and services around the
world and lived in Europe and Asia.
Michael Ewing is President of Ecommerce and Chief
Marketing Officer of OYO Sports. Previously
he was Chief Marketing Officer at LogMeIN and spent 8 years at VistaPrint in a
number of senior Marketing and Management roles.
As a career marketer and builder of businesses, Mike brings
his marketing DNA to whatever decisions need to be made across business
